Mr. Nameth earned his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, after earning his Bachelor of Arts/Political Science degree from UCLA. He then was licensed to practice law in California and became a prosecutor with the Los Angeles City Attorneys office. After this important experience, Mr. Nameth opened his private practice.
He believes deeply in being very active in Los Angeles, Glendale, and surrounding communities, for instance, volunteering with the Domestic Violence Project of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. In addition, he has volunteered annually to speak on Law Day at Glendale High School on behalf of the Glendale Bar Association. Mr. Nameth also tutors 4th-grade students in reading at Toluca Lake Elementary School. He also is a very avid fund raiser on behalf of several charitable community organizations. Finally, he volunteers his services to Bet Tzedek Legal Services.
Mr. Nameth has been admitted to the Bar of the State of California, the U.S. District Court Central District of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He belongs to the following prestigious legal associations and organizations: Glendale Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, American Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
What does Mr. Nameth find most satisfying about his law practice? He replies, "Protecting the full rights under the law of every one of my clients, giving them the best possible legal representation due to a serious accident, the wrongful death of a loved one, or because they've been arrested for a DUI or DWI or for any other presumed violation of the law."
