If you are suspected of DUI/DWI, you will be asked to submit to a chemical test (see “The Breathalyzer Test” below).

If you agree to the test and have a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more, your FIRST OFFENSE can result in a 4-month suspension of driving privileges.

An Overview of DUI/DWI

The crime of drunk driving is also known as “driving under the influence” or “DUI” and “driving while intoxicated” or “DWI”.
